Candice Parmer, Clinical Thermographic Technician with Radiant Body Thermography, will be accepting patients for Thermography sessions at Taproot October 12-14.
What is Thermography?
🔥 Thermography is a non-intrusive, radiation-free method that allows you to peer into your body, identifying potential concerns before they become significant health issues. This advanced technology captures thermal images, revealing temperature fluctuations within your body. These variations can offer early indications of inflammation, circulation challenges, and even the initial signs of certain health conditions.
Why Should I get Thermography?
🕐 Early Detection: Thermography has the ability to spot potential issues before they manifest as noticeable symptoms, enabling proactive health management.
🩹 Painless & Non-Invasive: Say goodbye to needles, radiation exposure, and discomfort; thermography offers a simple, safe, and gentle procedure.
☀️ Comprehensive Insights: Radiant Body Thermography provides a holistic view of your overall health, empowering you to make informed decisions about your well-being.
❤️ Tailored Solutions: Their approach is highly personalized, ensuring you receive solutions that cater to your unique health needs.
What Areas of the Body are Imaged and Why?
Breast Health: Early detection of potential breast abnormalities.
Full-Body Scans: Comprehensive insights into your overall health status.
Thyroid & Abdominal Scans: Focusing on vital organs to optimize your well-being.
Dental & Sinus Scans: Identifying oral and sinus issues before they escalate.
Thermal imaging takes 1-2 hrs to complete, so space is limited. Reports of findings will be available 2-3 weeks after the scans are completed. If you want more information on thermography, please check out the Radiant Body Thermography site HERE, or CLICK HERE for Prices and Scheduling.
A couple words from Candice regarding abdominal thermal scans: "We can’t screen with accuracy an abdomen with thermography. There are many clinics that claim they can, but it is impossible. Sensitivity in an abdomen is very low - it’s supposed to be warm there (our core) so it’s easy for a problem to hide there and be missed by thermography. It is great for picking up many things like vascular, circulatory, and nerve issues and certainly breast tumors, musculoskeletal issues and other inflammatory issues, thyroid, dental, sinus, etc. If you still want a full body after hearing this, I’m happy to do it. I just don’t want you to have false hopes of what you’re purchasing. If you do have abdominal issue that have not been resolved by conventional means, I’m happy to take the images - otherwise, I’m asked by the interpreting doctor not to take them since they are so likely not to add anything clinically, and possibly miss something important."
